A possible peek at future Rock Band DLC?

ScoreHero user Laconic has cracked a .bin file from Rock Band’s “Punk 02″ song pack, and hidden inside was a possible preview of some juicy upcoming DLC content. Over 30 song titles were tucked away in the file and although the artist of each song wasn’t listed, it’s fairly easy to draw conclusions on who each song belongs to. None of the songs have been confirmed yet, but keep in mind Harmonix did promise the release of Nirvana’s Nevermind album as well as 18 Grateful Dead tracks at some point.
It’s amazing that Harmonix has been able to maintain such a steady flow of DLC for Rock Band, especially considering how miserably Guitar Hero III has failed in this department. I’d be concerned about what they’re going to do for an encore, but with word from Harmonix that gamers will be able to use their downloaded tracks in any future installments, Rock Band‘s future looks bright.
As for those aforementioned rumored tracks:
Blur Beetlebum
Def Leppard Hysteria [This could also be a Muse track, which is also awesome]
Foo Fighters D.O.A.
Garbage Why Do You Love Me?
Iron Maiden Wrathchild
Jonathan Coulton Still Alive [Song played during the credits of Portal]
Oasis Rock n’ Roll Star
The Smashing Pumpkins Zero
Stone Temple Pilots Sex Type Thing
