I’ve been using a few of these as wallpapers on my iPod touch for a while now, so I figured I’d share with the rest of the class and throw them up here. Mostly Batman and Nine Inch Nails themed for the first collection, but much like the NXE batch I posted I’ll try to have a few more up soon with a little more variety. NIN: Lights in the Sky Tour Hamilton Highlights

If you ever have the chance to see Nine Inch Nails live, don’t pass it up. Even if you’re not the biggest fan of their music, the visuals brought to life by Rezor and co. must be seen to be believed. The entire Lights in the Sky show has a cold technological feel to it that brings to life the essence of NIN’s last few albums. I got the chance to see the Hamilton stop of their fall tour on Friday night and put together this little video highlights package.

A possible peek at future Rock Band DLC?

ScoreHero user Laconic has cracked a .bin file from Rock Band’s “Punk 02″ song pack, and hidden inside was a possible preview of some juicy upcoming DLC content. Over 30 song titles were tucked away in the file and although the artist of each song wasn’t listed, it’s fairly easy to draw conclusions on who each song belongs to. None of the songs have been confirmed yet, but keep in mind Harmonix did promise the release of Nirvana’s Nevermind album as well as 18 Grateful Dead tracks at some point.

It’s amazing that Harmonix has been able to maintain such a steady flow of DLC for Rock Band, especially considering how miserably Guitar Hero III has failed in this department. I’d be concerned about what they’re going to do for an encore, but with word from Harmonix that gamers will be able to use their downloaded tracks in any future installments, Rock Band’s future looks bright.
